If the new logo and wooden A-frame signage isn’t a giveaway, The Scoop at Walter’s (6408 32nd Ave NW) now serves local beers!
The neighborhood gem has four local drafts at the moment and has the space to add two more taps in the near future. What’s on tap currently? Fremont Brewing’s Summer Ale and Interurban IPA, Reuben’s Kolsch, and Maritime Pacific’s Old Seattle Lager.
“My favorite little corridor in Sunset Hill just got better,” says resident Amy Janas of the cafe’s upgrade.
According to Walter’s employee Stephanie Benson, the cafe will soon be serving wine as well.
