Ballard Development Update: subdivision application and upcoming design meeting

One subdivision application and a public design meeting for a large residential building are in today’s development update, as posted in the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) Land Use Information Bulletin.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6444383. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

 

Notice of Design Review Board Recommendation Meeting:

7530 15TH AVE NW

A Land Use Application will be reviewed at an upcoming meeting to allow 20 live-work units and 33 townhomes for a total of 53 units. Parking for 71 vehicles to be provided. Existing structures to be demolished. Environmental Review includes future full unit lot subdivision.

The meeting will be Monday, October 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ballard Community Center  (6020 28th Ave NW) in the Sunset/Captain Ballard room.
