- Greyhound Meet and Greet at All the Best Pet Care (1909 NW Market St.) 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome to get acquainted with these gentle souls! Come along to meet retired racing greyhounds, learn about adoption, volunteer opportunities and more.
- Best selling, local author Ingrid Thoft at Magnolia Library (2801 Ave 34th Ave W) from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. She will talk about her book series, the writing process and publishing. She will also discuss more about her book series Loyalty, Identity and Brutality that will soon be developed into a TV series by ABC.
