Organizers of the Ballard Elks’ (6411 Seaview Ave NW) recently formed Girl Scout troop will be hosting an Open House event next Wednesday, November 4, from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
The event will provide girls and parents with information about joining the troop. Food, beverages and entertainment will also be provided.
The new group is set to be a Brownie Troop that is open for girls 7-11 years of age to join.
Troop meetings will be held at the Ballard Elks every first Wednesday of the month, the first meeting being Wednesday, December 2nd. Parents do not have to be Elks members to join.
