Five applications and one decision makes up today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.
Application:
Land Use Application to allow a six-story congregate residence with 74 rooms. No parking is proposed. Existing structures to be demolished.
Land Use Application to allow three 3-story single family residences. Surface parking for four vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished. To be considered with #3022325 for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision. Pending short plat #3022287.
Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into 21 lots. Parcel sizes range from 468 sq. ft. to 24,110 sq. ft. (Parcel “U”). Parcel “U” to be subdivided into 33 unit lots. The unit lot subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Environmental review is being conducted under Project #3017926.
Land Use Application to allow a six-story structure containing 148 residential units above 16 live-work units and 2,825 sq. ft. of commercial space. Parking for 126 vehicles to be provided below grade. Existing structures to be demolished.
Land Use Application to allow two 3-story two unit townhouse structures (4 units total). Surface parking for four vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished. To be considered with #3022693 for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision. Pending short plat #3022287.
Decisions:
Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6452794. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 11/30/2015.
