Two events this Saturday, Nov. 21 at Kula Movement Center for Yoga & Health

There are two events happening at Kula Movement Center for Yoga & Health happening this Saturday. One from 3:30-4:45pm with $20 suggestion donation, the other from 7-9pm, $20 pre-register/$25 at the door. Read below for more information.

What: Yoga Behind Bars AcroYoga Donation Class
When: November 21, 2015, 3:30-4:45 p.m.
Where: Kula Movement Center for Yoga & Health, 5340 Ballard Ave NW

Cost: $20 suggested donation. Cash or check only. No class pass.

Description (from Kula Movement): Come to your mat and make a difference! Every Thanksgiving, Yoga Behind Bars partners with yoga studios to present Gratitude in Motion, a fundraiser to support their yoga and meditation programs behind bars. Angela and Jill are offering a 75-minute AcroYoga All Levels class. No partner or experience necessary! If you’ve been wanting to try out this style of yoga, come to this event and your donation will go to a good cause.
