The owner of Olympic Athletic Club may add a six-story hotel and parking to the current property.
There was an early guidance meeting yesterday to discuss the project.
“The proposal is for up to 63 hotel rooms, 38 underground parking spaces, and 16,000 square feet for the athletic club.” according to the article.
