There is plenty to report from today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 3/31/2016.

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow three, 3-story single family residences. Surface parking for four vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished. To be considered with #3022325 for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 3/31/2016.

6215 20th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow a 3-story structure containing 6 rowhouse units. Parking for 7 vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished.

Notice of Design Review Meeting:

8559 Mary Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow a residential development with 21, 4-story townhouse units. Parking for 21 vehicles will be located in ground level garage within the structure. Existing buildings to be demolished. Environmental Review includes full unit lot subdivision.

A design review board meeting has been scheduled for Monday, April 4, at 8 p.m. and will be held at Ballard Community Center (6020 28th Ave NW).

The Director will accept written comments to assist in the preparation of the early design guidance through April 4.  You are invited to offer comments regarding important site planning and design issues, which you believe, should be addressed in the design for this project.
