Development Update March 21: a subdivision and an extension

It is a little quieter on the development front in today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Application:

2208 NW 60th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 3,147 sq. ft. and B) 1,600 sq. ft. Existing structure to be demolished.

Decision:

2511 NW 80th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow a 2-story 55,528 sq. ft. addition to an existing institution (Loyal Heights Elementary School). Existing portable classrooms to be removed. Determination of Non-Significance has been prepared by Seattle Public Schools.

Appeals of these decisions must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 4/4/2016.
