The latest food truck to grace the Ballard Mini-Pod stage, Seattle Mamak, is serving up a variety of delicious Malaysian specialties.
Seattle Mamak’s menu includes a small list of delicacies including roti, nasi lemak (fragrant coconut rice with chicken curry and roasted peanuts) and mango and pineapple chicken.
According to Seattle Eater, Seattle Mamak will be stationed at the mini-pod (at NW 54th St and 17th Ave NW) weekdays from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
