Development Update June 20: A rowhouse application

It is pretty quiet on the development front in today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow a 4-unit rowhouse structure in an environmentally critical area. Parking for four vehicles to be provided in attached garages and on grade. Existing structure to be demolished. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.
