Development Update December 19: Rowhouses

Two decisions make up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Decisions:

519 NW 44th St

Land Use Application has been approved to allow one, 3-story four unit rowhouse structure. Surface parking for two vehicles to be provided (one of the two surface parking spaces for this project will be located on adjacent parcel). Existing structures to be demolished. To be considered with #3023062 for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.

518 NW Bright St

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow one, 3-story seven unit rowhouse structure. Surface parking for six vehicles to be provided (one of the six surface parking spaces for this project is provided for adjacent parcel). Existing structures to be demolished. To be considered with #3024634 for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.

Appeals of the above decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 1/2/2017.
