Ray’s celebrates season with Shellfest


Ray’s is celebrating shellfish season this month with Shellfest! Head to Ray’s Café to enjoy a variety of specially prepared shrimp, crab and oyster dishes, only available from January 9 through 22.

“It’s the perfect time for the novice shellfish eater to try something new, and shellfish lovers to go enjoy their favorites,” says the Ray’s Café team.

Check out the list below for a few of the delectable dishes that are on offer:

  • Steamed Half Pound Snow Crab Legs with drawn butter and fried potatoes
  • Pan-fried, panko crusted Washington Razor Clams with saffron-shallot jam and jalapeno tartar
  • Penn Cove Mussels Marinara with fresh basil, and angel hair pasta
  • Rock Shrimp Tacos Crispy fried rock shrimp, Pico de gallo, chipotle-sour cream, shredded romaine lettuce, tortilla chips, salsa

Wine and cocktail pairings will be featured for each dish and selections will be changed weekly.
