Development Update March 13: Director’s recommendation

One director’s recommendation makes up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

The City of Seattle Hearing Examiner is conducting a public hearing on the Recommendation of the Director of the Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) to approve the combined Full Unit Lot and Full Subdivision application described below.

Land Use Application to subdivide one site into 21 lots. One of the lots will be further subdivided into 33 unit lots. Lots range in size from 464 to 1,070-square feet. The unit lot subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the units lots.  Development standards for the unit lots will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. A Determination of Non-Significance for this platting action was issued under Project 3017926.

The Director’s recommendation is to conditionally grant the Full Unit Lot and Full Subdivision.

Comments can be submitted to the Hearing Examiner through April 17.
