Two applications make up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.
Applications:
A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow a 4-story building containing 5 congregate residences with 80 sleeping rooms in an environmentally critical area. Retail will be located at ground level. Existing building to be demolished.
A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6530214. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots
