Development Update March 30: Subdivisions and townhouses

Here is today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Application:
7058 15th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into four parcels of land. Project also includes unit lot subdivision of Parcel D into two unit lots. The construction of the live-work units and residential dwelling units is under Project #6545122. This subdivision is for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the individual live-work and residential units. Development standards will be applied to the development site as a whole and not to each of the new lots and unit lots.

6105 22nd Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6520369. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

103 NW 103rd St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6489300. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

518 NW Bright St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into seven unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6528775. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Appeals of the above decisions must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 4/13/2017.

Notice of Design Review Board Recommendation Meetings

8023 15th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow nine townhouse units in three structures. Parking for nine vehicles to be provided. Existing structures to be demolished. Environmental review includes future Unit Lot Subdivision.

A Design Review Board Recommendation Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, April 17, at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at Ballard Community Center (6020 28th Ave NW).

The Director will accept written comments on the design in preparation for the Design Review Recommendation meeting through April 17, 2017.  You are invited to offer comments regarding important site planning and design issues, which you believe, should be addressed in the design for this project.
