A My Ballard reader emailed in to report that a dog (pictured) was seen wandering at NW 75th St and 19th Ave NW at about 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30.
“He had no collar and looked scared. He kept running away from me. I just wanted to get the word out,” writes Chris.
