Pull-toy parade spotted on Market St

Step aside, Syttende Mai: there’s a new parade in town, and it’s dominated by hand-made toys on leashes.

The video was posted yesterday by Pretend Music; the pull-toy parade was organized by Happy Squirrel Arts, a project of CascadiaNow Seattle.
