Seattle Police are asking for help identifying a man who robbed an 89-year-old woman last month in Ballard.
Police say the woman was walking near 24th Ave NW and NW 62nd St when a man dashed across the street, grabbed her bag and fled. SPD reports that he was later caught on camera using one of the victim’s cards at a nearby grocery store.
