Development Update August 10: three subdivision approvals

Three subdivision approvals make up today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Decisions:

2011 NW 64TH ST

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow a 3-story, 3-unit rowhouse structure. To be considered with Project #3028046 for shared access. Parking for 3 vehicles to be provided, one on adjacent site to the south. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 8/24/2017.

2009 NW 64TH ST

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow two, 3-story single-family residences. Parking for 2 vehicles to be provided. To be considered with Project #3028264 for shared access and one off-site parking space. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 8/24/2017.

2216 NW 64TH ST

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6537620. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 8/24/2017.
