Development Update Sept. 7: two subdivision applications

There are just two applications to subdivide properties in Ballard this week. The development update information is provided by the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspection’s Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications:

2223 NW 63RD ST

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Existing structures to be demolished.

Comments may be submitted through 9/20/2017.

2050 NW 61ST ST

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Existing structures to be demolished.
