Development Update October 2: revised rowhouse application

Today’s development update includes a revised application for a eight-unit, three-story rowhouse with eight surface-level parking spots. The information comes from the city’s bi-weekly Land Use Information Bulletin.

Revised Application:

6251 8TH AVE NW

A Land Use Application has been revised to allow a three-story, eight-unit rowhouse building. Eight surface parking spaces will be located on the site. Existing structure to be demolished.

The following approvals are required:

SEPA Environmental Determination (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.

Other permits that may be needed which are not included in this application: Building Permit, Demolition Permit

Comments may be submitted through 10/16/2017.
