On Saturday, Oct. 28, the Nordic Heritage Museum will be hosting two æbleskiver-making workshops, just in time for Yulefest. Æbleskiver are small, spherical pancakes, and are a popular holiday treat in Denmark.
The workshop, taught by Peter Boeskov, will first review the history and culture of the dish, and then will launch into cooking the dish. There are two available sessions; 10am to 12:30pm or 2pm to 4:30pm. The cost will be $25 for museum members, or $3o for non-members.
