Root Table to close its doors at the end of March

The restaurant Root Table (2213 NW Market St) has announced that they’ll be closing up shop at the end of March.

“We are saying Farewell,” a sign in their window reads.

“Unfortunately due to financial struggle we are unable to continue to operate the restaurant and will have to close down our door at the end of March.”

Root Table has been operating in Ballard since 2009.

This is sad – they provided a great option in Ballard for tapas different than anywhere else.
