Ballard’s Nordic Museum recently gained national designation, and they’re having an event this week to celebrate.
On Thursday, April 25, bill proponents Senators Maria Cantwell and Lisa Murkowski will visit the museum to speak about the achievement.
“The national designation is a wonderful tribute to the vision of our founders and the hard work of our entire community over the past 40 years,” the organizers write.
The celebration event will held from 10am to 11:30am in the Fjord Hall.
