According to the Seattle DJC, 50 units have been proposed to be developed on the lot, which belongs to the owners of the Fremont Village Square (3501 Fremont Ave N.
The owners are GEM Real Estate Partners, who bought the Fremont Village Square two years ago for $16.6 million.
It’s unclear whether the apartment building has parking in the plans, but if it’s anything like recent development, it’s unlikely.
