Holman Grove Street Festival is tonight

This evening will be the second Holman Grove Street Festival, with a big street mural painting as the main event.

The festival is happening on 90th between Mary Ave and 14th Ave NW from 4:30pm to 8:30pm, at the back of Turtle Coffee and Ace Hardware.

The mural painting will be set up like a paint-by-numbers, with local artist Andrew Miller creating the design. All are invited to add to the mural — they’ll supply the paint and materials.

There will be music from a DJ and food from Off the Rez food truck. And, the Crown Hill Market will be happening throughout the festival, with screen-printing opportunities for those who bring a t-shirt.

This is the second of three Holman Street Festivals this summer — the next will be on August 28th.
