Fremont development site sells for $4.6 million

A Fremont development site, slated to become a five-story apartment building, has just been sold for $4.6 million.

The site is just north of Uneeda Burger, at 4310-4316 Fremont Ave N. According to the Seattle DJC, the buyers were two LLCs associated with Cohen Properties.

An early redevelopment plan was filed in June by Cohen Properties to build a five-story, 89-unit apartment building on the site.

  1. Somebody is planning a very nice vacation. Many others are getting a ton of new neighbors, and their cars in front of their house. Welcome to SF North.

    1. Talmerian “moron” well who ever has access to 4.6 million dollars is probably a “moron”! You are are not going far in this world, are you?

        1. You previously stated that you don’t own a computer or smart phone because doing so would be “selfish and narcissistic” and that you only use shared computers at the library. The library opens at 10 and here you are posting at 9:30. You often post outside library hours but you are obviously not a librarian, please explain.

          1. 8. Be respectful of others. Do not disrupt comment threads with repetitive, inflammatory posts or off-topic remarks.

          2. Hmm, I don’t know how enforcing forum rules could be considered racist. Sounds like maybe you are trolling. Ignored!

          3. So you admit you are a liar.

Also, it’s well known that you don’t care about posting rules and neither does this site or you would have been banned long ago.
