A couple of old houses on NW Market St, both built in 1919, have just sold for $2.7 million.
According to the Seattle DJC, the houses — 907 and 915 NW Market St — were bought in 2016 for $1.1 million by Market Street East LLC.
This stretch of Market St could see some significant changes in the coming years — another old house just a block away will likely be torn down to make way for a 25-unit apartment building.
We haven’t yet seen the plans for the 907-915 property, but we’ll update when we learn more.
