Police have arrested two male teenagers in connection with a string of armed robberies around Seattle, including incidents in Ballard.
On Friday last week, detectives from SPD’s Robbery Unit and the King County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit arrested an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old at two separate locations in West Seattle.
Police believe they’re responsible for about a dozen armed robberies in several neighborhoods, including Ballard, West Seattle, Sea-Tac, Burien, and White Center over the past month.
Investigators found a .38 caliber revolver in the 18-year-old’s possession during the arrest.
The suspects were booked into King County Jail and the Youth Services Center. Police say they’re still looking for other suspects in connection with the robberies, and are working with the King County Sheriff’s Office to continue the investigation.

It’s not something you will ever want to happen again especially in the hands of a shaky teenager.
This isn’t New York City but a freshman at Barnard was recently stabbed & killed by a 13 year old, that was a robbery as well.
If you don’t want Seattle to become like New York you better start getting tougher on crime! Putting all of the power in the hands of the criminals and taking it away from the police forces ability to do their job.

If a teenager pulls a gun on you, you have every right to pull out your concealed weapon and remove him from the face of the Earth. Poor mommy and daddy do not have a son anymore because he was stupid enough to go out and rob someone at gunpoint.
