Two houses and a law firm* on NW 57th St near the corner of 20th Ave NW could be torn down to make way for a 7-story, 81-unit apartment building.
The two houses at 1761 and 1763 NW 57th St (built in 1900 and 1901), plus the Jonsson Law Firm building at 5610 20th Ave NW sold almost a year ago for $5.9 million*. Parking for 59 vehicles is in the plans.
An early design guidance meeting has been planned to discuss the project on Monday, Feb. 3 at 6:30pm at the Ballard Community Center (6020 28th Ave NW) in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
*An earlier version of this story excluded the two adjacent properties included in the project plans, which were left out of the original Land Use Information Bulletin report.

And not least importantly — it’s the Icelandic Consulate.
I am making my mind to buy an apartment in this superb building as you have elaborated on the amazing surroundings of this. I hope my wife will like my surprise to give her the keys to this apartment. Thanks for the map which is also looking stunning. Now I need to read playamo australia review before playing it because I want to know what people say about it.
