TruFusion fitness studio opens in Ballard next week

The national fitness studio chain TruFusion is opening a location in Ballard next week in the new Ballard Blocks 2 building.

TruFusion in Ballard will offer a little bit of everything, with yoga, barre, pilates, boxing, and barefoot bootcamps. Most of their classes are heated, with a few options for unheated classes for the heat-averse.

For their grand opening weekend March 20-22, they’re offering some specials: the first class will be free, and then it’s $30 for the first month. They’ll be open starting Friday, March 20 with classes offered from 9:30am to 5:45pm; click here for the first weekend’s schedule.

TruFusion’s address is 1401 NW 46th St, Suite 200; click here for more info and a full list of future classes.

    1. While supporting a local business IS a great thing, so are choices. Against something? Don’t do it. Don’t go there. Look the other way. I bet you are umm, “pro-choice”, right? Pretty simple stuff.

      1. You’re comparing someone suggesting that you shop local businesses to a fringe group of bible-thumping totalitarians who think they have the only say in what a woman does with her body?

        Huh.

  1. WOW a totally unique concept that we definitely don’t have here in ballard at all! How exciting to finally have a place for soccer moms trying to get rid of their pregnancy tummies to gather and bond over vodka and tonic recipes.

    1. Well, sounds like this place isn’t for you. It does however sound like you could really use a therapist to discuss all of the issues that are triggering you to insult others online, and I bet Ballard has plenty of those that could work great for you.
