Ballard will soon gain a new vegan fast-food joint: Next Level Burger is opening in December in the Ballard Blocks.
This will be Next Level Burger’s 10th overall location and second in Seattle—the other local spot is inside Whole Foods in Roosevelt.
Next Level has all the trappings of a fast-food spot, with burgers, shakes, and fries—all plant-based.
The restaurant opened its first location in Oregon in 2014 and now also operates in New York, California, Texas, and Colorado. Six of the 10 Next Level Burgers locations are inside Whole Foods stores.
Next Level Burger will open at 1416 Ballard Way in early December.
