Ballard Bridge traffic gate replacement to close one lane on Dec. 17

On Saturday, Dec. 17, SDOT will close one lane on the Ballard Bridge to replace the traffic gate.

The right southbound lane on the Ballard Bridge will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. as crews replace the 70-year-old traffic gate.

SDOT says the sidewalk will be open most of the time during construction.
