Future self-storage site in Ballard sells for over $6m

A one-acre corner lot in Ballard at 1115 NW 46th St has just sold for $6.5 million.

The owner of the industrial buildings, which the Seattle DJC reports is associated with the Ostergard family, has had the corner lot for decades. The buildings, which include Scott’s Trophy and a painting company, will be demolished to make way for the new self-storage facility.
