A free outdoor fitness series is kicking off later this month at Ballard Commons Park.
Local fitness studio Praxis Yoga & HIIT is hosting a mix of yoga and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes for five consecutive weeks this summer.
The classes are open to all and run from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on select Saturdays:
- June 28th – HIIT with Grace Wright
- July 26th — Yoga with Courtney
- August 2nd — Yoga with Emil Swartling
- August 9th — HIIT with Stephanie Foradory
- August 16th — Yoga with Nathalia Oliveira
Organizers say the sessions are designed to help the community stay active while enjoying the summer weather. All classes are free and led by instructors from Praxis.
