The Ballard Barre3 is opening its third studio space in the former Verity Credit Union location at 5711 24th Ave NW Suite 100.
Barre3 opened in 2016 its original space in Ballard is just up the block from their new studio. They announced the expansion in December, saying they decided to open a new studio space to offer more classes.
Barre3’s classes blend elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga with functional strength training. Classes focus on low-impact movements designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
The studio provides options for different experience levels, including prenatal and postnatal classes, as well as sessions that target specific areas like arms, glutes, or abs. The approach emphasizes both physical activity and mindful movement.
To celebrate the new space, Barre3 is hosting a “grand re-opening” with an open house on April 22 and free classes from April 23 to 24.
Verity Credit Union closed its 24th Ave NW location in 2024.
