The Syttende Mai parade in Ballard, hosted by 17th of May Seattle, is one of the largest Constitution Day parades outside of Norway, drawing thousands to the neighborhood each year. Expect marching bands, drill teams, vintage cars, kids waving flags, and plenty of people dressed in traditional bunads.

- 17th of May Luncheon (12–2 p.m.) – Ticketed midday event at the National Nordic Museum.
- Bergen Place Musical Entertainment (11 a.m.–4 p.m.) – Live music throughout the day at Bergen Place Park.
- Skål Beer Hall (11:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.) – Beer garden-style gathering on Ballard Avenue.
