 A new dog training facility is making moves to open on Leary.
All Dogs Unleashed, a Texas-founded dog training company, has filed a plan to turn 5111 Leary Ave. N.W into one of its franchises. The location used to be home to Hatch & Kirk, but it has been empty for a while.
According to the land use application, All Dogs Unleashed is working with Magellan Architects to make some improvements to the vacant 4,550 square foot building.
Along with training and boarding, All Dogs Unleashed has daycare and grooming services at its other locations. They specialize in the “board and train” model, with two-week stays that involve intensive training.
When it opens, All Dogs Unleashed will become the sixth doggie daycare facility in Ballard.
