The owner of Local Tide in Fremont is making moves to open a new concept at 5130 Ballard Ave.
According to city permits, Local Tide owner Victor Steinbrueck has filed a plan to create a market and dining counter in the space.
The location is the former Kathy Casey Food Studios spot, which closed in September after 27 years on Ballard Ave.
We’ve reached out to Local Tide to learn more, but no news yet on the name and theme of the concept.
