Knitting 101 Class: Knitted Bookmarks

In this class you will learn basic knitting stitches while making a bookmark. We will cover casting on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, and casting off. You will be provided with knitting needles and a ball of yarn—enough to complete the project and to take some home.
About the instructor
Julie Farley loves knitting, words, and making something from nothing. As a young mom, she learned to knit and hasn’t stopped. She’s taught many of her friends and three out of four of her kids to knit. She can’t wait to teach you too!
