Cheese & Fall Bites Pairing Class

Join us for some hygge in the beer hall as we taste the cozy comforts of autumn in the Northwest with the expert cheesemongers from Street Cheese. We’ll be pairing local, domestic, & Nordic cheeses with seasonal accompaniments that extend the bounty of summer into the darkness of winter. Think warm, rich accompaniments that will make you want to settle indoors.

Your ticket includes a guided tasting with a sampling of cheese, charcuterie and preserves. You’ll leave with the knowledge to create your own pairings at home, as well as any cheese or accompaniments you wish to purchase to enjoy later.
