Men’s Community Walk and Talk at Green Lake – Sponsored by the Ballard Buddhist Dialogue Group
Join us for informal conversation and camaraderie on a one mile Saturday morning walk around part of scenic Green Lake. We’ll start at the blue water fountains at the new boathouse at the south end of the park and walk northwest up to the coffee shack next to the pickle ball courts.
You can come by yourself or bring a friend. Open to men of all ages.
Opportunity to talk with your host, Marc Sachnoff, AKA “Uncle Markus,” a 42 year practicing Buddhist and volunteer leader in the American Buddhist community.
Our mission is to create compassionate community among men and foster youth with the goals of helping each man become stronger, wiser, more compassionate and courageous so each of us can win in life and contribute to our family, workplace and community.
Meet at the blue water fountains near the boat ramp at the new boat house at 9am. Look for the sign the reads “Courage!”
