I like the bar at Ray’s. It is comfortable but nice and the staff is always friendly. They have a good happy hour, too.

Nothing beats a warm, summer day sitting on Ray’s deck watching the sailboats drift by.

Joe, you got it right! And Ray’s always has a great halibut entree, too. I Love Ray’s!!!

Consistency is what weeds the little dogs from the big ones. And Rays is a big one. I have eaten downstairs (twice) and upstairs many times over the years, and have always enjoyed it. They serve my favorite fish n chips. Always a good beer on tap. Solid performer. And yes, the deck on a beautiful day is a must.

Ever notice that restaurants with great views often have mediocre food?

We went to lunch upstairs here a couple weeks ago and it was very nice. The clams with beer butter were delicious… despite some sand. I had the caesar salad entree with their house smoked salmon which was pretty good. The atmosphere was excellent!!! We got to watch seals playing around outside. I’d recommend this place if nothing elseāfor that.
