these are the folks who have the traveling wood-fired oven and are extremely popular at both the ballard and fremont markets. their thin-crust pizza is absolutely delicious and addictive. best eaten right out of the oven. yum! be aware, though, they can get busy at night.

Best pizza in the city. I was thrilled when I found out they were opening a restaurant.
  • imho, the best pizza in ballard. the hi-life's happy hour pie is good for $3 bucks, but veraci brings the heat for those other times when a delicious full size pizza pie is on the menu. glad to have them in ballard.

The pizza is the best, but the antipasti platter will knock your socks off too, try getting that quality/quantity of food anywhere else and you will be paying $20 instead of $8. And the gelati? Shut up. Just go. Only quirk is they haven't figured out the service part, sometimes it feels like you are still in the market, so don't go expecting any fancy shmancy service, just nice good folk making the primo goods.

I eat here all the time-Darn fine pizza-a bit pricy-I could eat a whole pie all by myself-Love the Manny's on tap.....I hope they can keep up the intensity throughout next summer. They do the best they can but do get hammered with orders a lot...

    Best pizza in the area!

WOW, I read the comments above and was excited about trying this place out finally! Well Veraci didn't disappoint, best pizza in Ballard and dare I say Seattle that I've had. Tutta Bella is tops for me but this is right up there if not better! Please try it out, you wont be disappointed.

We brought this home. It was good but it is a bit pricey and when I placed my order I asked the person on the phone if they were having any specials. He asked me in a rather sarcatic tone if I was going to order. I won't give them high marks for customer service.

Nothing better than a slice at the Market after a long morning ride. Of course now that I can get it all week long and with a beer no less, well I guess I need to start buying those jeans with the elastic waistbands

De-lish! Hands down, the best gourmet pizza in Ballard.

lousy service!!!! way too unorganized for pizza. for the price of the pie, i expected more.

Fantastic, quite possibly the best Pizza in Washington by far.

Good pizza is easy to find, but great pizza is hard to come by. I like the fancy-schmancy toppings as much as the next gal. But give me a great crust and I get weak in the knees. Varaci does just that. The thin crust is near perfection and the simple, quality toppings are a breath of fresh air in this over-pizza'd market.

I generally don't like wood-fired or thin crust pizzas--but the pizzas here are delicious. It can get really chaotic here though.

Type your comment here. While visiting our son, he told us about the best pizza in town, had the pleasure of eating at Veraci and it was delicious. Glenn and Robin (Rumford,Maine)
