Enjoy free popcorn, lemonade and a live concert this evening at the Ballard Community Center. As part of Tuesdays in Ballard, musician Max Perry will be performing a unique set with accompanying visual artist and painter Andrew Miller. Music from 6-7:30 p.m. on the front lawn and playground.
