The house that burned early New Year’s Eve morning on the corner of 9th Ave NW and NW 65th is now gone.

As we reported earlier this month, a demolition permit was approved a few weeks ago. Crews were out this morning razing the house and as of 1 p.m., an excavator was picking up the debris. The permit to rebuild the single-family home with attached garage has not been approved yet. (Thank you Carol for the tip!)
