The annual Movies at the Marina events held at Shilshole Bay Marina (7001 Seaview Ave NW) kick off this Friday, August 5, with a screening of The LEGO Movie.
The activities will start at 6 p.m. with the movie screening around dusk at about 9 p.m.
Seating space available on the garden lawn and in the parking lot. (Many arrive by 7pm.)
In terms of snacks first come, first sere free servings of popcorn will be available. Attendees are welcome to bring snacks, however, alcohol is not permitted. Leashed dogs are also welcome.
Free parking will be available in the marina parking lot. Parking in permit-only spaces not permitted. Additional free parking available on Seaview Avenue NW. Guest moorage is also available to make your reservation call (206) 787-3006.
Event organizers remind attendees to bring some warm layers as it gets chilly once the sun goes down.
