Development Update October 5: subdivision applications and approvals

A handful of subdivision applications and approvals in today’s development update, as posted on the city’s Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications: 

2203 NW 63RD ST

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into nine unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6547083. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Comments may be submitted through 10/18/2017.

702 NW 62ND ST

Land Use Application to allow a three-story, five-unit rowhouse structure. Surface parking for five vehicles to be provided on the site. Existing building to be demolished.

Decisions:

630 NW 85TH ST

Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6508604. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 10/19/2017.

7005 ALONZO AVE NW

Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6574839. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
