My Ballard reader, Dina, emailed to let us know that they’re being used.
“I just got a ticket for $125 for running a red light on 15th and Market. It was sent to me by the City of Seattle Photo Enforcement agency, complete with a lovely set of pictures of my license plate and my car driving thru the light…I know I broke the law but this is just way too Big Brother to not creep me out.”
